User responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your listings, and all interactions with other users.

You must provide accurate, truthful information in your listings and profile.

Harassment, threats, fraud, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

The platform may not be used to offer or solicit adult or escort services.

Novelty Gems is only for roommate and companionship matching.

You are solely responsible for your own interactions, meetings, and arrangements with others.

We do not guarantee that you will find a room, roommate, or match.

Listings are active for 30 days, become "Recently Matched" after 30 days, and are archived after 45 days.

One-time unlocks and 30-day access passes are non-refundable once contact details have been made available, except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your own account at any time from your Account page.
