Reporting suspicious behavior

Blocking users
Stop communicating with anyone who makes you uncomfortable and block them where possible.
Using the “Mark as Matched” button
Once you've found a match, use the "I found a room/roommate" button on your dashboard to hide your phone number and stop further contact.
Protecting personal information
Share sensitive details only when necessary, and never share financial account information.
